  • Historical analytics data visualization

Channel Sync uses YouTube API Services. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by:

You must be the owner of or have authorized access to any YouTube channel you connect to Channel Sync. Connecting channels you do not own or have permission to access is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it
  • Scrape, data mine, or use automated means to access the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Connect YouTube channels that you do not own or have authorization to access
  • Use the Service to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Channel Sync and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your YouTube content. By connecting your channels, you grant us a limited license to access and display your channel data within the Service for the purpose of providing analytics.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to display accurate analytics data, Channel Sync relies on data provided by YouTube API Services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

Analytics data may differ from what you see in YouTube Studio due to:

  • API data processing delays
  • Differences in data aggregation methods
  • YouTube's data revision processes

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • YouTube API changes or outages
  • Technical issues beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Channel Sync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
